Tim Briel
Tim has lived in Brevard County for over 30+ years. He enjoys spending time with his incredible wife Brittany and their 2 children, daughter Lily and son Liam. Tim spends a lot of his time out at the ball fields coaching Liam’s baseball team or cheering on Lily at her dance competitions. Tim has also been the owner operator of a local businesses that has consistently generated more than 5 million in sales annually. This has allowed Tim to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies other agents do not possess that he uses daily to get homes listed for the right price and give maximum exposure to entice potential buyers. Also residing in both mainland and beach side over the many year’s gives Tim a wealth of knowledge in all areas of Brevard to help buyers find that perfect home in the ideal location or on the selling side get you the maximum value of your property.
